I’m so happy you’re here.

My name is Margo Snipe. I guide mission-driven leaders as they reconnect with their bodies, reclaim embodied confidence, expand into authentic expression, root into deep self-trust and find the safety to both rest and experience pleasure.

As a former award-winning journalist, my work has always honored the transformative power of the stories we carry in our bones. Stories can heal. And sharing them — in our words, our bodies, and our lives — is an act of liberation.

For years, I wrote about the depths of the human experience, piercing the surface to hold space for our real, raw truth. My sensitivity to the environment around me shaped my journalism career. As a reporter, I learned the power of witnessing. Since graduating cum laude from Georgetown University with a degree in psychology, my writing has appeared in the Tampa Bay Times, Capital B, CNN, The Marshall Project, and VOX. From a yearlong investigative series that exposed Georgia’s alarming maternal deaths rates to a piece on how Black Americans are healing, my work has always been mission-driven and liberation-based, spotlighting tragedy, trauma and paths towards freedom.

That same thread led me out of full-time journalism into healing work. I originally launched The Stories Within, LLC to support first responders and journalists carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders. The wounded healer. I wanted to offer all that I, at one point, needed — a path back to the body, to inner safety, to regulation, to self.

That path soon expanded. I began mentoring some of the volleyball athletes I coached, supporting their confidence, clarity, and deeper self-trust. Then came workshops, storytelling circles, and one-on-one somatic healing work. The work continues to evolve, and at its core, it is a deeply spiritual journey.

These days, I support deep feelers, healers, helpers, athletes and trailblazers. Those ready to feel powerful, deeply nourished and fully alive. The ones who’ve achieved so much and know there’s still something more calling. The one holding a vision for a better world. I also support athletes who are ready to unlock their full potential on and off the court, and I guide authors bringing their soul-inspired books to life.

I work through the body, attuning to the nervous system, releasing old patterns, and creating safety from within. From there, we can lead from fierce, embodied confidence. Where our voices become a source of power and our expression becomes expansion. I live this work. The rest, the rituals, the writing, the nervous system work. My integrity is in all the ways I walk alongside you, not above you. This is the embodiment.

With me, complexity is welcome and nuance is cherished. I hold it all — the fire, the softness, the parts of us still becoming and yearning for deep rest.

This is more than healing.

It’s a coming home to the truth of who we are.

Here for you— humbly, in service and love.

You are not too much. Your stories are powerful. You are powerful.

From an athletics perspective, I began playing volleyball at eleven years old after experimenting with many different sports, including horseback riding, basketball, all-star cheerleading and swimming. During high school, I played abroad in Italy for three and half years.

I walked onto Georgetown University’s D1 women’s varsity team in 2016, where I played for four years in the Big East. I eventually earned a starting spot and served as team captain. I was voted president of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, which meant traveling to conferences on behalf of the athletic department and attending regular meetings with the Athletic Director.

In 2020, I was awarded the PNC Achiever Award, which recognizes exceptional leadership qualities as a student-athlete, and citizen during the academic year. After graduating, I started coaching and fell in love!

Because the heart of this business is the philosophy that healers deserve to be nourished, too, the pricing is carefully curated to reflect that.

Each price matches the energetic exchange of the offering, allowing me to serve from a deeply nourished place. This is a core part of the integrity this work is rooted in.

I must be in overflow— to pay my teachers and healers, cover my living expenses, receive the necessary bodywork, eat nutrient-rich food, and donate to causes aligned with the vision of collective liberation.

At the same time, this business is committed to accessibility. Many offerings include payment plans, scholarship opportunities, or are intentionally priced at a lower cost. This is on purpose, to balance sustainability with inclusivity. Refunds are only available in emergency situations. If I decide it is no longer advantageous for the coaching container to continue, I may refund for the remainder of the agreement depending on the circumstances.

My philosophy.

The body is a doorway to truth.

We begin with the body. It holds the wisdom, the story, and the way forward. Through somatic, trauma-informed healing rooted in the female nervous system, we create the safety needed to receive our dreams and expand our capacity to hold the world around us. When given space, the body knows how to heal. And from that place, your gifts begin to awaken.

Together, we don’t just talk about self-trust, I guide you to feel it in your nervous system. I’m not a mindset coach, I help you understand the language of your bodies, notice patterns, and honor cycles so your choices are grounded in lived experience, not just ideas.

Stories transform us.

Your story is sacred. Sharing it — especially within a brave community — becomes a powerful act of liberation. Vulnerability heals. Community care anchors us. Storytelling is a path to truth, connection, and freedom. I help clients re-author their inner narratives and re-claim the stories that live in their bones. Whether through writing, speaking, or embodying, your truth comes alive.

We root into the self.

This work is about building radical self-belief and unshakable trust from the inside out. As we work more closely with the body, we discover deeper inner clarity, become open to taking aligned action, and speak with bold self-expression. This authentic leadership starts within. This is embodied confidence. This is not performance, but truth in motion.

We honor the depths.

This is a movement that goes far beyond the surface. Here, we journey beneath the tip of the iceberg. We face the contractions, the expansions and the in-between. We go deep so we can rise, having learned something, healed something. We work with soul journeys, sparking genuine transformation.

This is not “trauma-informed” as a buzzword. I have studied, embodied, and applied it. Here, you are met with compassion, sovereignty, and safety. We will always land it in concrete, everyday practices.

Healing includes pleasure.

The female nervous system’s main regulator is oxytocin, the love hormone, which means that we need more pleasure, joy, cuddles and social connection to heal our bodies. Deep self-care isn’t a luxury. It’s the foundation. We weave rest, play, and laughter into the process. This work is dismantling burnout culture by building nervous systems that actually feel safe to rest and receive.
