EXHALE

You hold so much. This is where you get to soften and tend to your grief.

A one-time, 60-minute session blending intuitive guidance, somatic support, movement, writing, and meditation. Designed to help you drop into your body, quiet the noise, and reconnect with your clarity, confidence, and conviction. These sessions hold space for the complexities of life. Inside, we rest, recharge and reconnect to your truth.

There’s nothing to fix. Nothing to perform.
Just space to exhale.

You hold so much.

This is where you get to be held.

This is a space designed for people who witness, carry, and respond often before they’ve had a chance to check in with themselves.

There’s no performance here. No need to package your experience, hide the exhaustion that has seeped into your bones or explain away the grief that is coursing through your veins.

This is a space to not have to hold it all alone.

Inside, we will weave somatic healing, nervous system attunement, creative writing, meditation, intuitive guidance and body-based movement practices to make space for your experience. Your body is listened to and invited to soften. Your nervous system is tended to. Your truth gets space to breathe. You leave a little more grounded, a little more whole.

These sessions are for,

  • Those feeling overwhelmed by a world that never stops asking, and you’d love an hour that’s just for you.

  • The ones who’ve been holding space for everyone else. You may not know what you need, only that you’re tired.

  • Journalists who just filed a heavy story. Healers who’ve been responding to crisis. And now, your body feels disconnected.

  • Those who know that “keeping it together” is starting to weigh you down and you need space to exhale.

  • Folks in a moment of transition —grief, change, burnout, or creative reawakening— who want to move through it with clarity and care.

  • Those craving clarity, not from thinking harder, but from feeling deeper.

  • The one who always shows up for others and needs a moment to be the one held.

  • Anyone processing something too deep for words, but your body knows.

  • You don’t need a long-term plan. In this moment, you just need a place to land.

I’d be honored to hold space for you on your journey. Come as you are. No pressure. No expectations. Bring the mess, uncertainty, confusion and rawness.

“Margo holds such a beautiful space to explore how your body, mind, and soul can work together for your protection and rejuvenation when you take rest and acknowledge what you're going through. Margo is a gentle guide who allows you to show up as you are.”

Margo’s Philosophy

The body is a doorway to truth.

We begin with the body. It holds the wisdom, the story, and the way forward. Through somatic, trauma-informed healing rooted in the female nervous system, we create the safety needed to receive our dreams and expand our capacity to hold the world around us. When given space, the body knows how to heal. And from that place, your gifts begin to awaken.

Stories transform us.

Your story is sacred. Sharing it — especially within a brave community — becomes a powerful act of liberation. Vulnerability heals. Community care anchors us. Storytelling is a path to truth, connection, and freedom.

We root into the self.

This work is about building radical self-belief and unshakable trust from the inside out. As we work more closely with the body, we discover deeper inner clarity, become open to taking aligned action, and speak with bold self-expression. This authentic leadership starts within. This is embodied confidence. This is not performance, but truth in motion.

We honor the depths.

This is a movement that goes far beyond the surface. Here, we journey beneath the tip of the iceberg. We face the contractions, the expansions and the in-between. We go deep so we can rise, having learned something, healed something. We work with soul journeys, sparking genuine transformation.

Healing includes pleasure.

The female nervous system’s main regulator is oxytocin, the love hormone, which means that we need more pleasure, joy, cuddles and social connection to heal our bodies. Deep self-care isn’t a luxury. It’s the foundation. We weave rest, play, and laughter into the process.
