As I was laying in the park many months ago, the Florida sun peaked out from the crevices of the Oak’s leaves rustling above me. Its rays lit up the pages on the book I had just cracked open.
That's when a quote sent chills down my arms.
“Stories are medicine," wrote Clarissa Pinkola Estés in Women Who Run With the Wolves. “They have such power; they do not require that we do, be, act anything — we need only listen.”
I read it again, and again, and again. And, again.
It was my first encounter with a description that so flawlessly characterized why stories matter so much to me.
Yes! I thought, stories are medicine.

Bring me into your work for a 24-hour crisis communication intensive or a two-week strategic communication intensive where we work together to address your most pressing communications needs.
By the end of our time together, you will have received at least two 60-minute sessions and a clear strategy on implementing the communication approach best suited for your team. This package could include some ghostwriting or speech assistance depending on how the intensive best serves you.

A two-hour deep dive, custom book development sessions. These are for authors feeling overwhelmed, unstructured, or unsure where to begin. Come as you are. Inside this session, your voice is unleashed, your vision gets a sacred container, and your book starts to take shape, page by page. You will leave with a personalized storybuilding roadmap.
The price is $1,200.
Story sessions.
This is for after you have already moved through The Opening Chapter with me and are craving additional support throughout your writing journey.
30-minute session: $150
A quick, potent check-in. Perfect for questions, small feedback moments, or creative roadblocks that need a clear, grounded next step.
60-minute session: $275
A deeper dive for when you're craving collaborative feedback, accountability, or rich developmental support. We’ll clarify your voice, vision, and next best moves.
The Refinement.
In-text line edits for authors who are mid-process and want thoughtful, heart-felt editorial support. These chapter edits offer you both structure and soul — a blend of developmental feedback, line-level refinement and grammar corrections. This is designed for those who have already moved through The Opening Chapter with me.
Up to 10,000 words for $600.
The Mentorship.
This is a three-month, private book coaching container that blends editing, book coaching, and creative mentorship. It is rooted in trauma-informed, embodied approaches to writing.

After each coaching call, you’ll get a custom roadmap to guide your writing. This plan will include suggested milestones, clear checklists, and writing prompts that help you stay connected to your authentic voice and vision.
Two 30-Minute Book Coaching Calls
We will meet bi-weekly to check in, talk through whatever’s coming up including resistance, breakthroughs, edits, and new ideas. The goal is to make sure you feel grounded, inspired, and supported.
In-Text Edits on All Writing You Complete That Month
You’ll get thoughtful, line-by-line feedback on all the pages you complete. This feedback will help refine your voice, shape your message, and allow your words to land with power and authenticity.
